Hire charges vary depending upon whether you are a Wicken Parishioner and whether you are making a one-off or a regular booking.

   Non-Residents                £15 per hour

One-off Bookings

   Residents                        £18 per hour

   Non-residents                 £30 per hour

Full day hire (08.00 - 24.00)

   Residents               £18 per hour (£288) less 25% discount     £216

   Non-residents        £30 per hour (£480) less 25% discount     £360

 

Minimum booking period for weekends is 4 hours except children’s parties which are minimum 3 hours.  

‘Residents’ are defined as people residing in the Parish of Wicken including the hamlets of Upware and Padney. 

Regular Users are defined as repeated bookings every week or two weeks at the same time for a period of three months or more.

 

The Hall Committee reserves the right to alter these rates for individual events.
Rates will be reviewed annually.
